Method: Quiasy Eixpeirimeint onei gruip preiteist-postteist deisign, Paireid Test formula (Dependent Test) with the aim of comparing the initial average (pre-test) pain level of Post Op Appendectomy patients and the final average (post-test) pain level of Post Op patients Op appendectomy before and after the foot massage intervention for 10 minutes, if the P-value ≤ 0.05 then the results will be significant, meaning it has a good effectiveness value, and if the P-value is 0.05, then it is not effective or not significant. Results: looking at the distribution of respondents from the measurement results of the pre-test and post-test scores measuring the pain scale, it shows that 29 respondents after the foot massage intervention had experienced a decrease in pain levels, the results of measurements of the pre-test and post-test scores decreased the pain levels of 29 respondents after the intervention. Massage of the soles of the feet experienced a decrease in the level of pain, where before the massage of the soles of the feet was carried out before the intervention was carried out, massage of the soles of the respondents who experienced moderate levels of pain was 79.3% of respondents, whereas after the massage of the soles of the feet decreased to 13.8% of respondents. Conclusion: There is a difference in the average level of pain before and the level of pain after giving a foot massage, namely 2.24. Recommendation: It is hoped that further research will use time, energy and be as efficient as possible and involve families in this research.
