Abstract

Background : Section caesaria is an action that can be performed to assist with childbirth that cannot take place normally because of both the health of the mother and the condition of the fetus. This procedure is performed as a surgical procedure in which the abdominal and uterus walls or vaginal walls are opened to excrete the fetus, or hysterectomy, which is the removal of the fetus from the womb. Section caesaria's actions can prevent the release of oxytocin and prolaktin hormones that stimulate breast milk production. The woolwich message method became one way that could be used to increase the comfort in nursing mothers and to increase breast-feeding production Objective : The purpose of research to find the image of nursing care with her problem is not effective with the application of woolwich message Method : The study uses a descriptive method, with a case study approach. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Subject case studies 3 people for 3 days Result : After the six-time action woolwich message received from all three of the first responders received an increase in breast milk from the average score of 4 - < 6, which falls into the category of breast spending Recommendation : Woolwich message's actions could be used as an alternative non-farological action on a patient secticaesaria with a lactation problem was ineffective
