Abstract

Background:The prevalence rate of mothers giving birth by caesarean section (SC) method is still high, this is evidenced by World Health Organization (WHO) data, the average SC is 5-15% per 1000 baths in the world, the incidence rate in government hospitals is on average 11%, while in private hospitals it can be more than 30%. The demand for Section Caesarea in a number of developing countries is increasing rapidly every year; the prevalence of Section Caesarea is increasing by 40% in China and 25 in Asia Europe, and Latin America. Early mobilization is important to know how the wound healing process, especially in mothers who experience post-cesarean section, Early mobilization is the process of increasing a mother's independence in the recovery process in a post-SC situation will be better if early mobilization is carried out. Independence is needed and indispensable to improve the adaptation of post SC mothers to their roles after performing Sectio Caesarea, Objective: Describing nursing care regarding the provision of early mobilization for pose Section Caesarea (SC) clients to increase independence. Methods: The method used in this case study is a descriptive method with a case study design. The subjects of this case study were 3 respondents with Section Caesarea (SC), data obtained through observations of early mobilization by increasing independence. Results: After finding the mother giving birth by Section Caesarea (SC), then the act of giving early mobilization exercises to increase independence. Of the 3 respondents experienced an increase to carry out early mobilization independently. Recommendation: Provision of Early mobilization of Post Section Caesarea (SC) can be applied because it can help increase the independence of Post Section Caesarea (SC) mothers.
