Abstract
Background: Reporting patient safety incidents is one of the steps taken to reduce patient safety incidents. Patient safety incidents that occur are closely related to internal implementation within the organization. Patient safety incident reports are written reports on unexpected events (KTD), non-injury events (KTC), near-injury events (KNC), and potential injury conditions (KPC), and Sentinel conditions that befall the patient or other events that befall the patient. family and visitors. Objective: To identify the number of patient safety incidents in the inpatient wards at Permata Medika General Hospital, Kebumen. Method: The research method is descriptive quantitative with a document study approach. The author took data from 6 inpatient rooms using Non Probability Sampling techniques. Results: There were 1,21% of Potential Injury, 0,6% of Near Injury, 0,16% of Non-Injury, 0,08% of Unexpected Event, and 0% Sentinel Event.
