Abstract
Background: Children with hospitals are at risk of developing anxiety Anxieties are not easily overcome because of an unspecific factor Anxiety exacerbates the process Healing on the child.One of the proposed interventions of jenga therapy (accumulating and pulling wooden blocks to form Forming tower ).The game of jenga is one form of exercise to lower anxiety levels Purpose: Describes nursing care by giving jenga therapy to reduce child anxiety as a result of hospitalization. Method: This scientific work uses descriptive methods of approach with an approach to case studies. Data obtained through interviews and observations with subjects of three fivesix- year-olds who are suffering from hospitalization anxiety. This playing therapy is done for a day and a half in three days, for 15 minutes. Data collections were performed before and after the play therapy using instruments spance children anxiety scale (scas) Result: After performing a performance of jenga dive therapy three times, the average patient gets an average meeting before therapy is severely anxious. With a score of 52,6 ,46, 33,6 and when after being given anxiety therapy went down to moderate anxiety with a score of 23,6, 17, 7,3.
