Abstract
Background: Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke is a case of stroke that often occurs due to blockage of blood vessels and the accumulation of risk factors that can be changed and cannot be changed. Non pharmacological therapy that can be used to maintain joint flexibility is ROM therapy Objective: To describe the results of nursing care for Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients with Physical Mobility Impairment nursing problems in Tamanwinangun Village Method:.This paper uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The case study instrument uses a nursing care format, SOP ROM, muscle strength measurement sheet. The subjects consisted of 3 Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients. Data were analyzed descriptively by nursing care Results: The results of the assessment of the three patients had the same main complaint, namely impaired mobility. The patient's third nursing diagnosis is PhysicalMobility Disorder. The intervention that was carried out on the three patients to overcome physical mobility disorders was Mobilization Support. Implementation has been carried out on three patients. The evaluation results after nursing actions were carried out on three patients show that Rom Therapy is effective if carried out routinely. Recommendation: Created a standard SOP for innovative rom therapy measures to be used in Tamanwinangun Village
