Abstract
Background: Induction of an act performed to induce childbirth in pregnant mothers who have not yet entered childbirth. A gift of oxytocin, obstetrical muscle contractions become more frequent and more powerful, which resulted in more intense pain during childbirth. One of the non-pharmacology methods for reducing birth pain is a mass effleurage. Purpose: to describe Nursing Care in Normal Childbirth with Nursing Problems Childbirth Pain When I Active Phase at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Method: This research uses descriptive case studies, case studies instrument using foster care formats, Standard operational ecleurage procedure massage, and an observation sheet. The subject consists of 3 maternity patients at 1 with oxytocin induction with birth pain problems Results: The results of a study conducted on 3 patients found the main nursing problems of childbirth pain. After non-pharmacological action in the form of Effluarge Massage on 3 patients when 1 with oxytocin induction showed that all three patients experienced improved pain control and decreased pain scale. Recommendation: Hopefully efleurage masse techniques can be used as standard operational non-pharmacological implementation procedures to address birth pain problems in birth mothers
