Abstract
Background, mental disorders are behavioral patterns in a person associated with distress, disability or accompanied by a significant increase in risk such as loss of freedom, one of the problems of mental disorders is sensory perception disorders hallucinations. actions to control hallucinations are the application of generalist therapy and innovative gardening therapy. Objective, analyze nursing care for clients with sensory perception disorders hallucinations through gardening therapy with polybags at the Sokaraja II Health Center. Case study method, case study approach in the form of nursing care for 5 hallucination patients as many as 6 meetings with a duration of 50 minutes in 1 meeting. The results of nursing care, based on case studies conducted on 5 patients with the provision of generalist therapy and occupational therapy for 6 meetings, it was found that after being given generalist therapy and gardening occupational therapy, the ability score increased to 100% all. Conclusion, generalist therapy and occupational therapy are effective in reducing hallucinations in patients. Recommendations, It is recommended to conduct further and detailed assessments related to the root of the problem, especially the problem of sensory perception disorders hallucinations.
