Abstract
According to World Health Organization (WHO, 2010), confinement rate used section caesarea method was high enough, it was about 10% until 15% of overall confinement process in developed countries. Based on Riskerdas in 2010, confinement percentage used section caesarea in Indonesia still at a high rate, with a highest range at 27,2% in DKI Jakarta, whereas the rate of confinement cases used section caesarea in Purwokerto in 2016 on January until March, there were 407 cases. Pain impacts post SC at mother if no handling were limited mobilization, bonding attachment was disturbed/incomplete, Activity Daily Living (ADL) was disturbed. The purpose of this script is to explain the nursing education about giving benson relaxation therapy at mother of post partum section caesarea. The result of nursing education was obtained from pain investigation, client said that the pain occurred when she started moving, liked sliced at 7 of the pain scale was often appeared. The nursing problem that appeared was aacute pain. Intervention has been done by giving benson relaxation therapy. It could made a conclusion that giving benson relaxation therapy was effective to help control the pain.
