Abstract
where blood flow to the brain is blocked without bleeding. One of the problems of stroke is ineffective cerebral perfusion, usually characterized by hypoxia in brain tissue and insomnia. This has an impact on hemodynamic disturbances and oxygen saturation so that it can inhibit oxygen delivery to the central nervous system Objective: To explain nursing care in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with nursing problems at risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in the emergency room at of Margono Soekarjo Paviliun Abiyasa Geriatri hospital Methods: This research uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The sample consisted of 5 non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. The case study instrument uses the Head Elevation SOP and observation sheets before and after administering head elevation Result: The nursing intervention carried out was head elevation. After head elevation intervention, all patients experienced an increase in SPO2. Patients I, II, and IV experienced an increase in SPO2 of up to 99%, Patient III experienced an increase in SPO2 of up to 100%, while patient V experienced an increase in SPO2 of up to 98%. Conclusion: The application of head elevation is an effective innovative action to increase SPO2 in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with nursing problems at risk of ineffective cerebral peruse. Rekommendation: The results of this study can be applied to patients at risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in increasing SPO2
