Abstract
Introduction: Jaundice is a symptom that is often found in the Newborn (BBL). Prafelensi jaundice in BBL ranges from 50% in term infants and 75% in preterm infants. Newborns with hyperbilirubinemia is a condition most commonly found. Phototherapy is the first choice therapy performed on newborns with hyperbilirubinemia, the impact if not done physiotherapy will make billirubin levels will increase. Effect of position during phototherapy on bilirubin levels has been done in various countries. Objective: Describe Nursing In Neonates With Neonatal jaundice Problems In Hospital Bed Lounge Prof.Dr.Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Results Nursing: Medical diagnosis in 3 patients LBW, and VLBW infants with hiperbillirubin and nursing diagnosis Ineffective breathing pattern, neonatal jaundice and damage to skin integrity. Measures that have been granted in addition to providing phototherapy and change the position of the patient is also given breast milk every two hours, and evaluates the patient still looks weak, yellow skin, and bilirubin levels are still high. Conclusion: From the results of the innovation that has been done using a blue light and change position every 2 hours in patients with neonatal jaundice patient outcome still looks weak, yellow, and bilirubin between 10,64mg / dl - 16,48mg / dl.
