Abstract
Background: Auditory hallucinations are sounds that are not real. Auditory hallucinations exist if a person hears whispers or voices other people do not hear. Patients with hallucinations require Nursing Care Analysis Objective: To understand the description of nursing care for patients with Sensory Perception Disorders: Hallucinations at the Dosaraso Mental Shelter, Kebumen Method: The care process was carried out over 5 meetings with a duration of 45 minutes for each patient using a descriptive method with a case study approach for 3 patients. The instruments used were nursing care format, observation sheet for signs and symptoms of hallucinations, ability observation sheet Results: The maintenance process resulted in a decrease in signs and symptoms before and after individual therapy, as well as an increase in the ability to carry out individual therapy for patient V with a score of 0 and after being given individual therapy to 3. Recommendation: provide individual therapy to serve as a standard of nursing care for patients with hallucinations
