Abstract
Background: The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is component House independent pain which has staff and equipment special For see, care for, and give therapy to suffering patients disease acute, injury, or other potentially fatal diseases. During ICU care, patients can experience anxiety Because various reason. Some of them is disturbance environment, procedures medical invasive, fearful will death, loneliness, and helplessness. Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy is method treatment complementary uses use of the Qur'an as means treatment, murottal own the same effect, for example make people feel more good and can reduce anxiety. Research Objectives: to know how much big effect from therapy relaxation audio murrotal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar -Rahman against anxiety ICU patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Research Method: using quasi-experimental methods, also known as experiment pseudo using model one group or Onegroup. Research result: study This using the Wilcoxon test, the test statistic is known mark Asymp sig (2 tailed) pre-post is 0.000. If Asymp sig (2-tailed) is 0.05, then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected , then can concluded There is influence significant giving therapy Murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman for lower level anxiety patient in the ICU of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Conclusion: shows There is influence giving therapy muottal Ar-Rahman's letter to decline level anxiety ICU patients. Recommendation For researcher next: As reference and development in study about intervention supportive nursing For reduce anxiety ICU patients.
