Abstract
Background: A landslide disaster is a natural disaster that often occurs in Indonesia. A landslide is an event that occurs as a result of interactions of various factors such as a dynamic process, The change of land, and human interference. In performing disaster mitigation, it doesn't just require public awareness. but knowledge and caution related to disaster relief. Catastrophe preparedness is a basic knowledge that must be owned by society. Knowledge has a profound effect on society's preparedness in the face of disaster compared with other factors. Age is the age of life since birth. Education is a learning process with a goal to add knowledge, Neither in school nor outside school. Work is a person's activity or activity that can add knowledge and experience directly or indirectly. Destination: to know factors that affect the level of knowledge of the mastana team in the affected disaster areas of village avalanches sampang. Research method: using categorical analytics with cross sectional approaches.The population number of samples is 45 people. Results: show age affecting the level of knowledge of the mastana team in disaster areas prone to village avalanches of sampanang (p value = 0.11). Education affects the level of knowledge of the mastana team in disaster areas prone to village avalanches of sampanang (p value = 0.003 ). The work affects the level of knowledge of the mastana team in the disaster area of the Sampang village (p value = 0.042). The conclusion: there are factors affecting the level of knowledge of the mastana team in the area of disaster prone to village avalanches between ages, Education, and job. Recommendation: The results of this study show the majority of the level of knowledge produced by the mastana team fit into a good category. Researchers suggest that the mastana team can maintain a level of preparedness so that it can implement in practice well.
