Abstract
Background: BPJS Kesehatan stated cost of chronic diseases Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus increased from 2017-2022 due to an increase in sufferers of Heart Disease and low visits by Prolanis participants. Preliminary study found participants complained that time of activities. Research objective: To determine factors that influence utilization of JKN participants in Prolanis Activities at Kebumen I Health Center. Research Method: Quantitative analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach analyzed relationship between Prolanis Utilization and Knowledge, Access Health Services, Family Support, Role Health Workers. Sampling using Slovin formula obtained 67 samples. Instrument used Prolanis Utilization Questionnaire. Data analyzed Univariately, Bivariately through Chi-Square Test. Research Results: 67 Respondents known to have Good Utilization 46 (68.7%), Good Knowledge 46 (68.7%), Easy Access Services 49 (73.1%), Good Family Support 51 (76.1%) and Role of Health Workers Good 50 (74.6%). Chi-Square test knowledge with use prolanis p = 0.003 (P <0.05), Access to health services with use prolanis p = 0.023 (P <0.05), Family support with use prolanis p = 0.026 (P <0.05), The role of health workers with the use of prolanis p = 0.004 (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is Relationship between Knowledge, Access to Health Services, Family Support, Role of Health Workers with Use of Prolanis. Recommendations for further researchers: Examine other factors that influence use of prolanis such as occupation, income, age.
