Abstract
Background: Pregnant women with preeclampsia may be more worried than other pregnant women because of the effects it can cause, such as maternal and fetal death. The spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT) is a non-pharmacological therapy technique to reduce anxiety that uses light pressure or tapping on certain areas of the body to connect spiritual energy with the body's energy system. General objective: The aim of writing this final scientific paper for nurses is to obtain an overview of the application of nursing care to preeclamptic pregnant women who experience anxiety. Method: This nurse's final scientific work uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The approach to providing nursing care includes assessment, determining nursing diagnoses, nursing planning, implementation and nursing evaluation. Results of nursing care: The results of the analysis of 3 implementations showed that clients I, II, III, and V after the third day of evaluation, the anxiety problem had been resolved. Meanwhile, client IV's evaluation results show that the problem has not been resolved. Recommendation: The innovative results of the SEFT technique in reducing anxiety in pregnant women with preeclampsia have proven to be effective. It is hoped that nurses will pay attention to the importance of making innovations in providing nursing care interventions to pregnant women with preeclampsia
