Abstract

BPH-handling can be done one of them Transurethral Resection of Prostate (TURP) surgery is most commonly done to address prostate enlargement. Surgery is chosen because it has the least effect when compared to other types of surgery. However, there are some things that need to be related to the handling of client postoperative TURP. One is Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI). Interest, observing continuous monitoring of bladder training post operative TURP in the room Edelweis Margono Soekarjo Hospital Purwokerto. Observations indicate that the thing to be aware of nurses in monitoring bladder irrigation among other types of fluids used, the flow rate, fluid balances, monitoring signs of catheter blockage. The nurse's knowledge about bladder irrigation should be improved to avoid the complications that commonly occur in post-op clients TURP. In addition to nursing actions to prevent bleeding risk by monitoring continuous bladder irrigation, prevention of bleeding can also be done by Leg and foot Exercise, but in the case of Mr. R Post TURP has not been implemented because of time constraints
