Abstract
Background, interference of sensory perception : hallucinations is a response to faculty perception whose experienced by someone without excitement or stimulus from the outside and not experienced by others. Rebuke is one attempt to control hallucinations by rejecting hallucinations appear. Purpose, the purpose of this scientific work final is to analyze the Nursing In Clients With Sensory Perception Disorders : Hallucinations to Client Capabilities In Control Hallucinations : Rebuke At Wisma Dwarawati RSJ Prof Dr.Soeroyo Magelang. Method, the method used in this scientific work is descriptive through a case study approachment . Results, after the nursing care on the ability to control hallucinations Ny.R : rebuke increase of 29% , Nn.Sa increase of 14% , while Ny.Su increase of 29% . Conclusion, the conclusions of this scientific work is all patients ( Ny.R , Nn.Sa , Ny.Su ) increased the client's ability to control hallucinations . Advice, the advice of the scientific work is done in addition to rebuke therapy can be done by reading dhikr therapy to control hallucinations experienced .
