Abstract
Background: Violent behavior is a state in which someone perfoms an act that can physically harm himself, other persons or the environment. One of the ways how to control this behaviour is psychoreligious therapy (Zikir). It is an effort to get closer to God to calm down the heart. Objective: Describing nursing care for patients having violet behavior risk by applying psychoreligius therapy (Zikir). Method: This study is an analytical descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects were 2 patients having violent behaviour risk. Result: After having psychoreligious therapy for four days, there were decreases in signs and symptoms of cogitive 3(patient I) and 5 (patient II), affective 1 (patient I) and 3 (patient II), physiological 1 (patient I) and 2 (patient II), behavior 1(patient I) and 2 (patient II), social 2 (patient I) and 1 (patient II). The increase in capability was 80% (patient I), and 75% (patient II). Recomendation: Zikir as a psychoreligious therapy can be applied for a patient having violent behaviour risk and can also be applied either in hospital or in the comunity.
