Abstract
Background: Stroke is a sudden brain abnormality caused by blood circulation disorder. It can happen to anyone and anytime. Stroke patient usually has a problem with the fullfilment need of physical mobility. Therefore, the writer is interested in proving nuesing care for stroke patient with physical disorder. Objective: Describing nursing care for stroke patient having problem in fullfiling the need of physical mobility in ICU of dr. Soedirman hospital of Kebumen. Method: This scientific paper is an analytical descriptive with a case study. Data were obtained through interview, direct observation, physical examination, and documentation study. The subjects were stroke patients, Mr I and Mr K. Result: After having nursing care, the problem with the fullfilment need of physical mobility of the patients had not been resolved. This was because there was no increase in the muscle strength. Evaluation: The implementation was conducted on two patients, Mr I and Mr K, with objective results, i.e. extermity began to weaken after ROM. The problem analysis of Mr. K had not been resolved indicated by objective data outcome of weak general codition, extemity of patient seizures and stiffness, wekness, patient poition supination.
