Abstract
Background, the background of this study is the world's population > 1.8 billion aged 10-24 years and the majority of teens (UN, 2013). The results of Kesuma Buana Foundation (2012) found that 10.3% of adolescents in 12 major cities in Indonesia have had free sex. The results of preliminary study at SMK GP Sumpiuh on 5 students got the result they are in love since middle school and have done some form of premarital sexual behavior. The purpose of the study, the general purpose of this study is to know whether there is a relationship between the level of free sex knowledge with attitudes and premarital sex behavior of adolescents. Research Method, method of this research is correlation. The result of this research, the result for the level of knowledge with attitude using chi square test obtained X2 count = 20,685 with value (p) value 0,000. While the level of knowledge with behavior using chi square test obtained X2 count = 0.106 with value (p) value 0.948. Conclusion, the conclusion of this research is there is correlation between level of knowledge of free sex with premarital sex attitude and there is no relation between level of free sex knowledge with premarital sex behavior of class X student of SMK GiripuroSumpiuh.
