Abstract
Background: Stroke is a symptom of sudden brain disorder caused by ischemic and or hemorrhagic. Oxygenation is needed by stroke patients with ineffective perfusion of cerebral tissue. Objective: Describing the nursing care for non-hemorrhagic stroke patients having problems with the ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion. Method: This scientific paper is an analytical descriptive with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interview, observation, physical examination, and documentation study. The subjects were 2 patients suffering from non-hemorrhagic stroke with ineffective perfusion of cerebral tissue. Result:After having oxygenation and the right position of the patients, there was a decrease in the disorder of cerebral tissue perfusion. Conclusion: Giving oxygenation and right position of patient can help solve the ineffectiveness of celebral tissue perfusion.
