Abstract
Background: Every woman has different menstrual experiences. Some women get menstruation without complaint, but not a few of those who get menstruation with complaints that cause discomfort in the form of dysmenorrhoea. The appearance of the pain extends to the waist, the lower back and thighs will cause nursing problems and disrupt the basic human needs of one of them is sleep Objective: To identify factors related to the interest in choosing IUD contraceptives in Puskesmas Gombong 1, Kebumen 2017. Method: This research uses correlational method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this research is 76 Women Age Fertile who have married taken by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlative analysis using chi square test. Results: This study resulted in the finding that there is an educational, economic, knowledge, and support relationship of husbands with an interest in the selection of IUD contraceptives at the Gombong Puskesmas 1 Kebumen Regency 2017
