Abstract
Background: Hallucinations are one of the signs of schizophrenia, hallucinations Is the loss of human ability to distinguish internal stimuli and external stimuli. Patients with hallucinations are due to the inability of the patient to face stressors and lack of ability to control hallucinations. The impact that occurs when the patient is not immediately addressed hallucinations are the emergence of hysteria, weakness, and unable to achieve goals, excessive fear, bad thoughts, and acts of violence. Patients with schizophrenia who have auditory hallucinations, prevention and simultaneous prevalence of 70% in Indonesia by 2013. Objective: To provide an overview of the application of religious therapy of zikr on schizophrenic clients with changes in sensory perception of auditory hallucinations, smell and touch. Nursing care: When the assessment is obtained the data on the subject of case studies with clients appear nervous, talking to themselves, often scratching and scratching the skin surface. The authors get nursing problems with sensory perception of sensory hallucinations of hearing, smell and touch, the authors draw up a nursing plan, execute the implementation strategy, and evaluate the activities. The planned action has been done by the writer that is giving religious therapy dhikr for 6 times meeting with result of evaluation of problem of hallucination resolved, client have been able to control its hallucination independently. Conclusions: of action using religious therapy of zikr can improve the ability to control hallucinations
