Abstract
Background: Intradialitic hypertension is a frequent complication of hemodialysis processes with the greatest prevalence of 40% (IRR, 2014). Intradialitic hypertension is one of the biggest causes of death in both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients by 59%. Intradialitic hypertension can be affected by several factors. Objective: to know the factors that influence the incidence of intradialitic hypertension in patients with chronic renal failure in Hemodialisa Installation of Dr. Soedirman Kebumen Hospital. Methods: This study used an observational analytic method, a prospective cohort approach. The sample of research is 40 respondents with Consequtive sampling technique. Document analysis using descriptive analysis and bivariate analysis using chi square test. Result: chi square test with significant value <0,05. Obtained p value = 0.6, age does not affect intradialitik hypertension. IDWG with p value = 0.04, there is influence with intradialitik hypertension. The duration of hemodialysis with p value = 0.7, did not affect intradialitic hypertension. Antihypertensive drugs do not affect intradialitic hypertension with p value = 0.2 Conclusion: IDWG is a factor that influence Intradialitic Hypertension. Recommendation: A similar study can be done with more samples with dry weight variables and ultrafiltration
