Abstract

Background: Bronkhopneumonia means inflammation of the laung of one or more lung lobes on the mark with blotches of infiltrasi. Bronkhopneumonia is infection or inflammation in the lung tissue, especially the alveoli pr parenchyma which often occurs in children. The objektif: To give an overview about the nursing care fulfillment problems with oxygenation ineffectiveness on the patient’s breath way clearance bronchopneumonia. Nursing Resume: The nursing problems arised in the discussion are the inefeectveness of the impurity the breath related to exces amounts of secretions, nutritional imbalances less than body requirement related to biological factors, and anxiety related to environmental change (Hospitalization). Intervention and implementation have been done in the first nursing problem in the form of providing therapy. Conclusion: Evaluation of the patient for 2 days shot that the patient still could not able to do secretions,so the delivery of therapeutic through was still be continued. The granting of a remedy per inhalation has been widely used to treat respiratory track diseases.
