Abstract
Background : WHO estimated the current world population of 100-150 million of oxygen and is estimatesd to continue to grow 180.000 per years, as well as in Indonesia prevalence oxygenation problem in Indonesia is still not known, but the study of children aged 13-14 years in 2003 to experience an increase of 5,2 %, based on the above that the problem of COPD a health problem. Discussion : From the assessment date of 30 May 2016 at 10.00 am the author finds subjective data client says limp and breathless , the client says in assisted families in the move. Objective data client was lying , the client looks weak , client activity seemed assisted families. Nursing problems arising from the data obtained are not effective breathing patterns associated with decreased inspiratory pressure . Intervention and implementation is done to monitor vital signs and general condition , assess respiratory function , semi-Fowler's position clients, providing oxygen 4 liters per minute. After the act of 3 x 24 hour nursing problems breathing pattern is not resolved. Results : Semi-Fowler position to reduce tightness effectively on client
