Abstract
Background : nursing process is also a systematic method are aiming nurse and client while they are together for determine needs for nursing care, plan and implements nursing care, and evaluating the result. A comprehensive nursing process are very required for make a good quality of emergency nursing care. Objective : to know the illustration of emergency nursing process Methods : this research used descriptive method in observe approach with 40 nursing process that taken by accidental sampling Result : an emergency nursing assessment process at emergency room of Dr. Soedirman hospital and Permata Medika hospital of Kebumen are had moderate category (97,5%). An emergency nursing diagnosis are had good category (77,5%). An emergency nursing intervention process are had moderate category (57,5%). An emergency nursing implementation process are had moderate category (55,0%). An emergency nursing evaluation process are had moderate category (60,0%). Recommendations : nurse are should be able to control primary and secondary nursing assessment technique as appropriate as the procedure. Nurse are should be able to fathoming the emergency nursing diagnosis, include of characteristic sign and etiology, and better documentation method as appropriate as procedure. Nurse are should be expending for better interventions as appropriate as emergency nursing diagnosis, and how to selecting the intervention based on the diagnosis and outcomes that to be achieved. The tools and the property availability are should be completed and updated if those are not good for make the client and staff feel more comfortable. Nurse are should be completing the documentation form with the real data based on nursing care are has been implemented.
