Abstract
Background: Heart disease is currently ranked first cause of death in Indonesia, approximately 25% of all deaths are caused by disturbances almost heart abnormalities. Disorders basic needs of safety and comfort in CHF patients will cause nursing problems, one of which is pain. Purpose: Describes the results of analysis of nursing in Tn. S nursing problem with acute pain disorders cardiovascular system Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) in the Roses RS Prof DR Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Results: Diagnosis appearing on the client is acute pain. Actions: Actions taken in the management of acute pain in the client, the author giving a deep breath. Recommendation: Nurses should be able to apply deep breathing relaxation techniques on pain management in addition to the use of pharmacological therapy. Evaluation: Evaluation results indicate a diagnosis of acute pain is resolved
