Abstract
Background: Secure and comfort needs are very important human basic needs. If these needs are untreated very well, it will lead to more serious problem such as pain interfering the person’s activities and comfort. Pain can be cused by imflammation resulting from an infecion. Pain management can be done action distraction relaxtion because it can provide stimulation in the form of client concentration distract from the paint that is beingfelt and is easier to do. Objective: To describe nursing care of fulfilling scured and comfort needs Miss. Sin Barokah room, Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Discussion: The nursing diagnosis were acut pain and change in urinari elimination patterns. Intervention and implementation that has been done is the focus of the assesment of pain, pain management, monitoring characteristicsof urine and the stone, pushing to increase fluid intake, undergo a catheter care and nursing inovation relaxsation finger hold. Result: Evaluasiont were obtained for three day, the problem of acut pain and the changing patterns of urinary elmination is not resolfed.
