Abstract
Background: Schizophrenia is a long-term and severe mental disorder, schizophrenia around the world affects approximately 24 million people, every year, and one million people commit suicide and reported from 10-20 billion cases there are attempts to commit suicide, hallucinations are the most common symptom Found. More than 90% of schizophrenic patients experience hallucinations. Hallucinations are a disturbance of perceptions of the five senses of a person in distinguishing internal stimuli (thoughts) and external stimuli (the outside world), nursing care done to lower signs and symptoms hallucinations Objective: To analyze the nursing care given to schizophrenic clients with sensory hallucinatory perception disturbance at Wisma Baladewa RSJ Dr. Soerojo Magelang. Results: The main nursing problems in the underlying patient with sensory hallucinatory perception disturbance, the nursing actions that have been done include teaching how to control hallucinations by rebuking, conversing proficiently, doing the activities, the five true medication, the evaluation of the actions on the five patients for 3x7 hours ie the problem of hallucinations yet Resolved, with signs and symptoms of the patient still hears a voice that does not exist, the patient still looks smiling and talking to himself. Recommendations: Nursing actions with the implementation strategy approach of istigfar therapy as an innovative acts of rebuke need to be applied in the management of hallucinatory patients.
