Abstract
Background: rushes on child needed treatment and handling separate different compared with adults. A common purpose: writing scientific work the end of ners aims to describe the care of nursing with the fulfillment of basic needs safe and comfortable thermoregulasi: hyperthermia. The results of the care of nursing: corrupt nursing what emerges is hyperthermia associated with the process of disease.Intervention and implementation be focus writer who performed on five samples of the compress warm and compress tepid water sponge. Recommendations: writer recommend procedures compress teppid water sponge to be taught to parents children were having fever. A reduction in body temperature after conducted the act of teppid water sponge the average 0.7ºC.
