Abstract
Background: Patients with STEMI generally develop chest pain symptoms. In the management of STEMI patients nonfarmakologis have a very low risk for patients. Management of nonpharmacological measures to reduce pain one of them is by providing music therapy. Objective: Analyze the nursing care of STEMI patients with acute acute comfort disorder Results: Analysis of factors that could affect the health of STEMI patients. This result can be achieved on second and second. Conclusion: The authors' analysis of having music therapy may decrease the level of pain in STEMI patients. Suggestion: It is recommended for nurses to be able to music therapy can be one of independent therapy for nurses to overcome STEMI patient response.
