Abstract
Background: Hemorrhagic stroke is a stroke due to rupture of the blood vessels thus blocking normal blood flow and blood seeps into the brain areas and destroying it. Treatment of stroke patients one of them is giving NRM (Non Rebreathing Mask) 8-12 liters / minute of oxygenation therapy to prevent and repair hypoxia tissue and can increase oxygen inspiration fraction more than 90% so that the effect of NRM use can also decrease partial gas pressure in alveoli that can decrease intracranial pressure. General Purpose: This study aims to explain the nursing care given to patients with major nursing problems ineffectiveness of breath pattern in patients with Hemorrhagic Stroke (SH) in the Emergency Department of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital. Result Nursing Care: The nursing problem taken by the writer is ineffectiveness of breath pattern. After the action of nursing by giving non-rebreathing mask oxygenation therapy 10 lpm in hemorrhagic stroke patients who decreased consciousness and after observation for 1x6 hours in the Emergency Department of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital got the patient's oxygen saturation increased. Recommendation: NRM (non-rebreathing mask) 10 lpm oxygenation therapy is very effectively administered to patients with hemorrhagic strokes with decreased consciousness as it can prevent tissue hypoxia and prevent increased ICT (intracranial pressure). NRM oxygenation therapy (non-rebreathing mask) 10 lpm in hemorrhagic stroke patients can also increase oxygen saturation value.
