Abstract
Background: Diabetic lesions are easy to develop into infection due to bacterial or bacterial influx and the presence of high blood sugar becomes a strategic place for the growth of germs. It takes a handling in handling the wound of patients one of which is using honey. Objectives: Analyze nursing care of diabetic patients with skin integrity disorder issues. Results: Provision of honey intervention proved to overcome skin integrity disorder, but at the beginning of therapy there was no reaction whatsoever. Results can be achieved at the time of the second grant or second day evaluation. Conclusion: The author's analysis that honey therapy can overcome masala skin integrity of patients. Suggestion: It is expected that nurses to apply honey to patients with skin integrity disorder problems are done regularly and continuously.
