Abstract
Background: Congestive Heart Failure is a progressive nature of the disease with the symptoms that greatly influences the patient's vital conditions of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). The symptoms often happens is suffocation while lying or when activities. First handling of patients congestive heart failure in the hospital. rose prof Dr.Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is giving oxygenation and therapy and ranked patients semi fowler. Objective: Describe nursing care given to patients with Impaired Ineffectiveness of breath pattern in Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) patients in the Mawar general hospital region of Prof. Hospital Dr. Soekarjo Purwokerto. Result: The study was done to three patients of congestive heart failure in allanamnesa and autoanamnesa, then conducted a physical examination as well as supporting. Analysis of the data obtained by the authors draw conclusions problems of nursing priorities is the ineffectiveness of the breath pattern. After done actions provide patient positioning and oxygenation therapy spring semi fowler 30-45o three times during the twelve hours of the obtained results the patient more comfortable and look relaxed. Conclusion: Nursing care in patients with heart failure Congestive studies carried out include a disturbed breath pattern. Then performed the analysis and drawn the conclusion to be diagnostic treatment. Self-care intervention nurses conducted to overcome the patient's breathing pattern is to provide oxygenation therapy and semi-fowler position to help the development of the lungs and reduce the pressure of the abdomen on the diaphragm.
