Abstract
Background: According to World Health Organization (WHO, 2014) data, in 2012 there were 1.5 million diabetic deaths attributable to prevalence of 2.7%. From the incidence of DM deaths in the world, 70% of deaths occur in developing countries including Indonesia. In 2014, DM patients of 422 billion in the world (WHO, 2014). Objective: Describe the results of analysis of nursing care on clients with diabetes mellitus Result: Client says that sometimes do not obey the recommended diit with bored alesan, Client says often urinate, hungry fast, and both legs often and. Diagnosis that appears on the client is the ineffectiveness of health maintenance, impaired ability to manage treatment, and fatigue. Action: Planning and action prepared by the author of Health education. Evaluation: The results of the evaluation indicate the diagnosis of health care ineffectiveness problem is solved.
