Abstract
Background : heart failure is defined as a condition where the heart can no longer pump enough blood to the body to the body tissue. This condition can arise with our without heart disease. Cardiac disfungtion may be a malfunction of diastolic or systolic, rhythmic heart disorder or preload and afterload mismatch. This condition can cause death to the patient. Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome characterized as right ventricular dysfunction, to the left ventricle or both, leading to changes in the neurohormonal setting. This syndrome is ussualy followed by activity intolence, fluid retention attempts to breathe normally. Objective : To explain nursing care given to the client with congestive to the client with congestive heart failure (CHF) at emergency Installation of RSUD Prof.Dr.Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Result : From nursing care, the result of heart failure congestive client has an average of airway obstruction. Effective oxygenation action to free the airway obstruction on the client with nursing ineffective airway clearance problems. Conclusins : The result of the iinovative oxygenation nursing analysis showed that with oxygen therapty the binasal cannula can restore oxygen saturation from mild hypoxia conditions to normal conditions significantly.
