Abstract
Assessment Ny. S age of 57 years with a diagnosis of liver cirrhosis when carried out assessment studies patients complain of dizziness and weakness, the client is still often nausea and vomiting, non-current BAB client, and the client not know for sure about his illness. And the results of the assessment, diagnosis was appointed Imbalance Nutrition: less than body requirement related to nausea and vomiting, constipation associated with not enough fiber intake, deficiency of knowledge related to the lack of information Interventions examines changes in diet and the amount eaten clients, weigh Weight Loss clients, reviewing their food allergies, collaborate with nutritionists to determine the calorie and nutrition for weight gain are ideal, collaborating with doctors in medicine and vitamins to increase appetite , encourage clients to eat little but often, providing a high-fiber nutrition, health education about the disease clients and good nutrition for the client and the author also makes an innovative action that is giving oral diet with dietary therapy modification to address the client's nutritional problems. Implementation has been done by the intervention. From the results of the evaluation can be concluded that the nursing problems on the client can be resolved.
