Abstract
Background: Tuberculosis is an infectious and contagious diseases. Nutritional status is a risk factor for the incidence of tuberculosis. Less nutritional disoders than the needs in patients with tuberculosis will cause nursing problems one of them nutrient imbalance is less than body needs. Objective: Analyzed nursing care of nutrion less than body requirement in tuberculosis patients in cendana departement of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital Result: The results of the assessment performed on tuberculosis patients showed subjective data of patients saying no appetite, the patient's objective data does not spend the portion of food provided from the hospital so, that the patient has lees nutrition than the body need. The diagnosis that occurs in the patient is that the nutritional imbalance is less than the body needs associated with less food intake Nursing Intervention: The actions taken in the handling of nutritional imbalance are less than the body's needs related to the food intake of the authorsperform the monitoring nutrients. Evaluation: The result of the evalution showed a diagnosis of nutritional imbalance less than the nedds of the body resolved showed no weight loss and an increase in appetite
