Abstract
Background: The incidence of newborns in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto from January 2017 – June 2017 is still quite high as many as 91 case with hyperbilirubinemia. Newborns with hyperbilirubinemia are the most common conditions. Phototherapy is the preffered treatment given to newborns with hyperbilirubinemia. Position changes during phototherapy action to decrease levels of bilirubin has been done by many countries. General Purpose: Make A Changes Position Changes In Neonates With Hyperbilirubinemia Problems With Phototherapy In Melati Room Rsud Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Result nursing care: Medical diagnosis in patients with hyperbilirubinemia and neonatal joundice nursing diagnosis, hyperthermia. Actions that have been done in addition to providing phototherapy and changes in patient position are also given ASI every 2 hours. And the results of his evaluation of the patient’s general condition is quite good, conscious compos mentis, skin color looks reddish, sclera anikterik, decreased bilirubin levels. Recommendation: from the results of the innovations that have been done using the blue ray tool and position changes every 2 hours by right tilt, stomach and supine in patient with neonate joundice result of general condition of patient is goog enough, skin color look reddish, the total anichteric sklera and total bilirubin decreased to 9.41 mg/dl.
