Abstract
Background : Cardiovascular disease is the type of disease that involves the heart or blood vessels. CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) or heart failure is because the heart not able to pump enough blood to meet the needs of oxygen and nutrients body. Handling in patients heart failure one is give the positions of spring fowler for in patients with heart failure will experience suffocation or ortopneu (congested on the lay ). The spring fowler is a position where head and body dinaikan with degrees slope 450, That is by using the force of gravity to support the development lungs and relieve pressure from abdomen on diagfragma. General purpose : Explain the care of nursing diaphragm given in patients with the breath disorder in patients Congestive Heart Failure ( CHF ) in IGD RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Result nursing care : The nursing taken the pattern writer ineffectiveness breath. Through the act of nursing with innovation position spring fowler in patients chf and after diobservasi for 3 x 8 hours of emergency hospital prof.Dr.Margono soekarjo purwokerto obtained the position spring fowler are proven effective to reduce shortness of breath and makes the chf more comfortable. Recommendation : The position spring fowler very effective given to patient that experience suffocation because it could reduce suffocation and gives a sense of comfortable in patients chf.
