Abstract
Background : The who data ( 2013 ) , estimated there were about 70 million cases degenerative , one of them is bph , with insidensi in developed countries as many as 19 % , while in developing countries as many as 5.35 % of cases. One method the handling of bph namely transurethral resection prostatectomy or turp .The main problem because this procedure the pain post operation. General purpose : Describes the analysis care of nursing acute pain in patients benigna prostate ( hyperplasia bph ) with the post operation transurethral resection prostatektomy ( turp ) in the hospital edelweis prof .Margono soekarjo purwokerto. Result nursing care : Only for the assessment focus discuss about the problems experienced by clients namely acute pain .The diagnosis of nursing which appear on clients namely acute pain. Action : Act done in handling acute pain for client, writer do the provision of therapist effleurage. Evaluation : The evaluation results show diagnose acute pain measures.
