Abstract
Background : the main function of heart is to pump blood in order that can flowing swiftly in the aretry of the circulation system to whole of body. Congestive heart failure is the condition that the heart is being failure in the blood pumping to give the cells body necessary about the nutrient and oxygen adequately. The cardiac output decreasing is upheld as the priority of the first diagnosa because the cardiac output decreasing of heart is being less of oxygen and nutrient supply, it causes the capillary alveolar membrane, edema, and increasing veins tension. General purpose : to analyze nursing care patient of CHF with the decreasing of cardiac output problem. Result nursing care : the result of data analysis is got the nursing problem.The cardiac output decreasing is related with the preload changing. The intervention that has done is monitoring vital marks, observe the general condition, monitor the breathing condition, monitor liquid balance, monitor about edema situation, elevate the leg 30 degree above the bed is proved being an effective to decrease leg edema to nursing problem about cardiac output decreasing with the preload changing
