Abstract
Background: Cases of dyspepsia were included in the top 10 in-hospital admissions in 2010, with almost 30% of cases in general practice and 60% in gastroenterologist practice. Disorders of basic human needs in dyspepsia patients will cause nursing problems, one of which is the lack of nutrients imbalance of the body's needs. Purpose: describe the results of analysis of nursing care on Ny. T with the problem of nursing imbalance of nutrition less than body requirement in disturbance of digestive system that is Dispepsia in Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Result: Diagnosis that emerges is the nutritional imbalance is less than the body needs. Action: Management performed on the client that is by giving avocado juice. Evaluation: The results of the evaluation indicate that the diagnosis of nutritional imbalance is less than the body needs are partially resolved
