Abstract
Background: The complaints submitted by the patient's ureteral stones depend on the position or location of the stone, the large stone, and the complications that have occurred. The most common complaints of the patient are pain in the waist. This pain may be either colicky or non-colic. Treatment of pain in patients with urinary tract stones is pharmacologically common is the provision of analgesics. In addition pharmacologically, there is also the treatment of non-pharmacological pain that is giving lemon aromatherapy. Objectives: To analyze nursing care of ureter stone patient with acute pain problem. Results: The authors' analysis that giving the intervention of lemon aromatherapy in ureteric stool patients has been able to overcome the acute pain problem, but the decrease experienced by the patient has not been so significant. Conclusion: Provision of intervention in the form of lemon aromatherapy in patients with ureteral stones has been able to overcome the problem of acute pain. Suggestion: It is recommended for researchers who want to do research with the same theme with this research is by doing a longer observation in postoperative patients, so that can get maximum results.
