Abstract
Background: The surgery has many impacts that will be experienced by patients one of them is pain. Pain is an unpleasant emotional and sensory experience that arises from actual tissue damage or shows damage. Objective: Analyze nursing care on postoperative postoperative lapatormi with acute pain problem in Kenanga Room RSUD. PROF. DR. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Results: Provision of hand-fingered relaxation interventions in post-operative laparotomy patients was able to overcome the acute pain problem, but the decrease in pain did not decrease directly but gradually decreased according to the patient's condition Conclusions: The introduction of a hand-held relaxation intervention in postoperative laparotomy patients was able to overcome the acute pain problem. Suggestion: It is expected that the next researcher to follow up the results of this research by doing a longer observation in postoperative patients, so that can get maximum results.
