Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis is a chronic disease and is caused by the bacteria mycobacterium tuberculosis. Chief symptom in patients pulmonary tuberculosis is cough up phlegm, followed by symptom of other namely suffocation. One problem that often disturbing is the breath ineffective caused by heaping secret. Coughing effective is an attempt to issue phlegm and keep the to stay clean. Objektif: The report sets forth the process of nursing care given to clients with issues of nursing with problems breathing pattern is not effective in the cendana of Prof. Dr Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospital. Result: The study was conducted to five patients of pulmonary TB in alloanamnesa and autoanamnesa, then conducted a physical examination. From analysis data gathered writer draw conclusions problems nursing priority breathing pattern is not effective. hrough coughing effective for 3 days obtained the results of the airway effective and shortness of breath reduced. Conclusion: The evaluation of patients in the fifth through coughing effective the path of breath effective and shortness of breath reduced. Phlegm previously not get out through coughing effective phlegm to emerge, and production sputum reduced.
