Abstract
Background: Handling of hysprung cases, surgery or surgical interventions through surgery may result in the emergence of a family of knowledge deficiency nursing problems and educational action on wound care at home can be used as an innovation to allow patients and families to easily understand the patient's condition or follow-up plan Objectives: to apply analysis of nursing care in baby hysprung through nursing process comprehensively in jasmine room of RSUD. Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Conclusion: This scientific paper is an analysis of one nursing care on the client with the problem of knowledge deficiency nursing by way of assessment of problem formulation, data analysis, intervention and evaluation Suggestions: From nursing care, the result of using the method of education to patient's family is very effective to overcome the problem of knowledge deficiency.
