Abstract
Background: Bronchopneumonia is a pneumonia involving one or more lung lobes characterized by infiltrating spots caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and foreign matter. Children with bronchopneumonia often become very weak due to prolonged illness and damage to nutritional status. Objectives: Analyze nursing care in children with airway clearance problem is not effective in cases of bronchopneumonia in Aster RSUD Room. PROF. DR. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Results: After the nursing action showed that giving intervention in the form of chest physiotherapy in children has not been able to overcome the problem of ineffective air clearance. Conclusion: Chest physiotherapy in all pediatric patients has not been able to overcome the problem of ineffective airway clearance. Suggestion: It is recommended for the room nurse to master therapeutic techniques of chest physiotherapy to overcome the problem of nursing airway clearance in toddlers and teaches the family. In addition, nurses are also advised to seek new innovations related to addressing the problem of airway clearance is not effective, so as to reduce patient's day care.
